**How to use:**
1. From around 36 weeks of pregnancy, express colostrum by hand into the syringes.
2. Label and cap each syringe, then place them in the freezer.
3. On your baby’s arrival, bring the frozen syringes to the hospital in a cooler bag and gently defrost using the reusable warmer.

**Shelf life & storage:**
- Colostrum can be kept frozen for up to 6 months.
- Keep syringes in the freezer until needed.
- Once defrosted, use within 24 hours.
