Usage instructions:
Begin colostrum collection around 36 weeks of pregnancy with your healthcare provider's guidance. Wash hands, massage breasts and express colostrum into sterile syringes. Label each syringe with the date and freeze immediately. Bring your frozen syringes to hospital in a cooler bag when you go into labour.

Shelf life & storage:
Keep frozen at – 18 °C or below. Use within 3 months of expressing.
