Usage instructions:
Begin colostrum collection around 36 weeks of pregnancy with your healthcare professional’s approval. Wash your hands, massage your breasts and express colostrum into the sterile syringes. Label each syringe with the date and freeze immediately. Bring your frozen syringes to hospital in a cooler bag when you go into labour.

Shelf life & storage:
Keep frozen at – 18 °C or below until needed. Use within 3 months of expressing.
