Postpartum Soothing Soak

A regenerating ‘sitz’ bath infused with soothing essential oils of chamomile + lavender for tissue and skin recovery in the early days after birth. Excellent for post-birth perineal damage including tears, stitches, and swelling. Aids in reducing discomfort caused by hemorrhoids.

Dissolve 2-3 generous handfuls in a warm shallow bath. Sit in water with perineum and bottom submerged for 10-15 minutes then gently pat area dry. Repeat as often as necessary to aid in healing and recovery. Use in conjunction with our Postpartum Soothing Spray to achieve maximum benefit.

Ingredients:
Magnesium sulfate, Himalayan salt, sodium bicarbonate, fractionated coconut oil, essential oils of Roman chamomile + French lavender.
